Virtual course Management of social and intercultural communication


The collaborative course Management of social and intercultural communication is the core of the CS@Ibero-America project. It is part of the curriculum of four degree programs:  

This course has the following goals: 

  • Learn about the key components of intercultural communication.
  • Distinguish different types and models of social communication.  
  • Get insights about different professions in the communications field.
  • Get to know the main lines of research in communication, especially in Latin America.

The course is divided into four thematic blocks that combine theoretical and practical sessions in different synchronous and asynchronous formats.

Course schedule: Tuesdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CET) / 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Chile
