The project “Communication and Society @Ibero-America_PLUS”, intended for cooperation between teachers and students, was funded by DAAD, and was implemented in two editions in the years 2022-2024.
The digital education project “Communication and Society @Iberoamérica_PLUS” aims at the sustainable use of digital media to promote intercultural competencies of students and teachers. The project’s cooperating universities are: the University of Chile, the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (UC Chile) and, in this second financing phase, the University of Salamanca.
This is a cooperation project of HCIAS with HCLA as the Latin American campus of Heidelberg University, located in Santiago de Chile. The existing cooperation between the cooperating universities involved will be expanded into a Community of Practice in which they will gain international experience, deepen the knowledge they have acquired and strengthen their socially responsible communicative actions.
The virtual cooperation project was active from 2022 to 2024 and was funded by the Deutscher Akademischen Austauschdienst (DAAD).
